Since 2000, Mallory has used fitness as a tool for personal growth and life management and as a means to inspire others. He has trained, managed, and developed over 600 personal trainers, instilling in them the same passion and dedication that he possesses. His ability to mentor and inspire others has solidified his reputation as a sought-after professional in the fitness industry.

Mallory has served as Fitness Director at six major health clubs, and for the past 18 years has successfully run his own business, Body Mechanix. His entrepreneurial journey includes the opening and management of 24 gym locations, of which eight were operated simultaneously. Mallory's innovative approach and dedication to providing exceptional service have contributed to his business's success and influenced the boutique gym trends in the Bay Area.

With an average client relationship lasting an impressive 13 years, his ability to build enduring connections and support individuals in achieving their health and fitness goals testifies to his dedication and expertise. Mallory Bartell Gaston is the founder of The MG Foundation and a distinguished fitness professional with two+ decades of experience in the field. His fitness journey began at the age of 12 when he discovered the transformative power of weights to boost his sports performance. This early passion evolved into a lifelong commitment to fitness, setting the stage for a distinguished career.

A recognized authority in the fitness industry, Mallory currently serves as Chairman of the governing boards for the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA), serving on the disciplinary board for both organizations, reinforcing his commitment to upholding professional and ethical standards in the industry.
