Welcome to The Mallory Gaston Foundation's comprehensive onboarding program for the next generation of personal trainers! We are thrilled to have you join our team. Here you will hone your skills in fitness training, business development, and career exploration within our unique company culture. Over the next ten weeks, our tailored onboarding program will immerse you in our specialized systems and processes, equipping you with the expertise to become economically empowered, physically vibrant, and psychologically confident. We are excited to embark on this transformative journey with you. Let's dive in!

Topic 1: PSYCHOLOGY OF BEHAVIOR CHANGE

  • Familiarize yourself with The MG Foundation's mission, values, and training philosophies of mental and physical fortitude.
  • Understand our unique approach to fitness training and commitment to functional movement balancing grit and grace.
  • Learn about our client base, target demographics, and the services we offer. We build real relationships. This motivates our clients to work with us.

Topic 2: Movement, Biomechanics & Supporting Systems

  • Study and understand the body's movement systems of cardiac, skeletal, soft, and autonomic muscle tissue, emphasizing functional movement and injury prevention.
  • Explore and understand the supporting systems of circulatory, lymphatic, endocrine and integumentary systems emphasizing functional movement and injury prevention.
