We’re searching for 12 determined individuals from the Grit + Grace Challenge to take the first step toward a career that combines physical fitness, mental fortitude, and entrepreneurial skills.

The Mallory Gaston Foundation, a non-profit organization, is dedicated to empowering youth ages 17-30 to build income-generating careers in the fitness industry.

WHAT YOU’LL GAIN:

Our 10-week apprenticeship provides:

• 1:1 Mentorship from industry experts.
• Hands-On Experience to build confidence and skills.
• Job Placement Support to become a certified personal trainer.

A COMPREHENSIVE CURRICULUM

Dive deep into the essentials of personal training, including:

• Anatomy, Biology, and Emotional Intelligence: Learn the science behind fitness and how to motivate and inspire clients.
• Marketing, Client Acquisition, and Business Management: Develop entrepreneurial skills to launch and sustain your career.
